About Daniel Emery
As a resident of both Franklin and Hampshire counties for the past 24 years, my goal is to work with customers satisfying all their Real Estate needs in an area that I am so proud to call home. Having built, renovated, bought and sold homes over the last 25 years, I thoroughly enjoy offering my expertise to buyers and sellers alike.
Originally from Western New York (Farm Raised!) It took me a while to find the Pioneer Valley. In fact, I moved cross country four times before finding our beautiful valley. I like to consider myself a bit of an expert when it comes to relocation and moves! I was drawn to the valley for its quality of life, fine education and the numerous outdoor activities year long. I lived in Northfield for 12 years and moved to Northampton 6 years ago but recently completed a new home in Leverett with my wife Marisa and our two children, Elise and Kieran. The new home is our sanctuary and what we hope will be our forever home! It’s virtually a net zero home (I’d like to think of myself as an energy efficiency geek!) that has enough space for the kids when they are visiting...but not too much! #Emptynesterlife!
What else do I do? In my spare time I’m usually out and about with my dogs, Archie and Griffin hiking, mountain biking and exploring wherever we can. I love to snowboard, snowshoe and cross country ski when the snow permits and when the weather is warmer, I’m at my house gardening and landscaping or when I can, swing a golf club and toss a fly fishing line! And I can’t forget, Marisa and I love to travel.
